By adding your credit card to your profile, you acknowledge and agree that said credit card will be charged accordingly should you fail to adhere to the Bailey Creek cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:  Bailey Creek enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy for four or less players and 48-hour cancellation policy for eight or more players.  If your tee time is not canceled within 24-hours you will be charged $50 per player for a late cancellation!  Failure to cancel your scheduled time entirely will result in a charge of the full amount.  If you are booked for multiple days and fail to comply with our cancellation policy the rest of your tee times will be automatically cancelled.

Weather Policy: In the event of course closure due to inclement weather, your card will not be charged. However, light rain or unfavorable conditions that do not result in course closure will not qualify for a refund.

Dress Code Policy:  This facility requires collared shirts.  That means “NO” t-shirts, “NO” tank tops.  Please don’t be offended when we ask you to purchase a collared shirt if you show up without one.

Please note that Bailey Creek does not guarantee the availability of SINGLE RIDER Carts.  Single Rider Carts are subject to availability and include a fee of $40 plus your green fee.

Your credit card information will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance standards.
