DESCRIPTION:In its 23rd year of operation\, the Bailey Creek Junior Golf Camp is excited to announce that it will have two weeks of camp this year.  Each camp will have three different groups\, each with a max of 16 kids! \nWhile attending the Bailey Creek Junior Golf Camp\, your child will be given three days of driving range instruction focused on the following:  Full swing\, chipping\, pitching\, sand play and putting.  They will finish camp with the 4th day consisting of contests and other activities testing the skills they worked on all week.  Numerous awards will be given on the 4th day!  Campers will also be instructed on golf rules as well as etiquette throughout the entire camp. \nIn addition to the golf knowledge that will be imparted on your child\, campers will also receive a camp gift\, as well as daily snacks\, and a pass for a free round of golf with a paying adult! \nSignups start on May 1st\, 2025.  Please call 530-514-5769 to sign up.

SUMMARY:5th Annual Honey Run Covered Bridge Golf Classic
DESCRIPTION:The Honey Run Covered Bridge Association (“HRCBA”) will host its 5th annual golf tournament at Bailey Creek Golf Course\, 433 Durkin Drive\, Lake Almanor\, CA on Saturday\, June 21\, 2025. \nAs you may be aware\, after the fire ownership of the bridge was transferred from Butte County to the Honey Run Covered Bridge Association.  Now that the bridge has been completed\, we will continue fundraising to maintain & improve the park.  Annual operating expenses just to keep the park open are approximately $50\,000. \nThis golf tournament will be a scramble and open to all levels of golfers.  It will be a fun event that will include golf\, lunch\, drinks on course\, dinner\, raffle/auction prizes and entertainment.  For those who do not play golf\, dinner-only tickets will be available for purchase. \nPlease support the Honey Run Covered Bridge Association’s 5th Annual Golf Classic through sponsorship or participation.  HRCBA is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit\, and most donations are tax deductible.
